Meet The Team!

Andy Warmington

Andy Warmington

Managing Director

Andy founded Inclusive Sports Academy CIC in 2015, with the programme has continuing to grow successfully. So well, that the academy has since been recognised as the leading inclusive and disability coaching provider in the region. Andy strongly believes sport is for all and that it plays a valuable role in improving people’s lives. Before founding Inclusive Sports Academy CIC, Andy worked as Head Coach at Solihull Arden club where he developed a vibrant junior and adult programme. During this time, the club received the ‘National Club of the Year Award’ as recognition for their development initiatives. During 2017, he was awarded a Mayor’s Civic honour for his services to sport in Solihull.

Kat O'Donovan

Kat O'Donovan

Operations Manager

Kat is our project manager for children and young people, as well as the PA Co-ordinator brings with her a wealth of experience in the Social Care Sector. Kat has built up a fantastic reputation locally in the area, and has successfully planned and co-ordinated the HAF activities and helped support over 100 families during half term.

Kat continues with building relationships in the third sector , and has proved to be a great support to our families and CYP.

Caitlin Gray

Caitlin Gray

Digital Marketing Manager

Caitlin joined us after completing her bachelors degree at the University of Salford studying Multimedia Journalism. She has undergone several placements at various news and entertainment outlets in the North West, and has produced published works. Caitlin promotes our services through social media, and produces all marketing content as well as building and operating our website and platforms. She works alongside other local CICs to improve their marketing knowledge and online presence. Caitlin has recently completed her Level 3 Leadership and Management course with SCCU. 

Sophie Monnington

Sophie Monnington

PA Administrator

Sophie joined Inclusive Sports Academy in 2021 supporting on projects and working closely with our CYP’s as a PA. She has now joined the admin team in 2023. Alongside this, she has been studying for her degree in primary education working to get her qualified teaching status. Before embarking on her degree, she has worked within a special needs senior school as a teaching assistant.  

Eva Riddiford

Term Time Administrator

Eva has joined us in a full-time capacity here at Inclusive Sports Academy shortly after finishing her time at college! As the youngest member of Inclusive Sports, she will be helping out in several different areas of Inclusive Sports, including help with admin in the office as well as other aspects including coaching sessional work.

Liyah Neale

Liyah Neale

Administrator

Liyah is currently studying psychology and sociology at university. She has obtained a health and social care level 3 extended diploma. During the course they went on placement to two schools, a mainstream school and a special needs school where they gained a range of different skills. Liyah is now part of our team and supports us every Thursday in an administration capacity.

Damian King

Damian King

Young People's Coordinator

Damian's passion for supporting children, young people and adults who are living with SEND has been supported by their lived experience as a carer/ parent to 2 young adults living with various needs. They also have over 30 years experience working in this field, and this has driven their passion on providing the best support possible to any individual to provide bespoke, personalised needs.

They look forward developing the role that benefits the individuals alongside those lived experiences that enables individual choice and personal development.

Louise Abbott

Project admin & Support

Louise joined the ISA family in summer 2023 with supporting some of our CYP as a PA. They have most recently joined the office staff to support with admin/planning for ISA services. They have strong communication skills, patience and empathy for the challenges faced by CYP with disabilities and SEN. Louise also has a HND in Therapeutic Studies.
