Andy Warmington: Director/Founder

Andy Warmington

Andy is director and founder of Inclusive Sports Academy CIC. Andy has an extensive background in Squash coaching. Coaching a range of youngsters of adults of all abilities. Andy previously was Head Coach at Solihull Arden were he implemented and led squash programmes for adults and juniors respectively. Through the junior programme Andy coached 11 youngsters from beginner through to gain Top 10 England rankings in their respective age group.

Andy has delivered a squash programme in North Solihull that started in September 2008 and has seen around 3000 youngsters introduced to the game during curriculum or out of school hours. Andy piloted a Learning Disability Squash programme during 2014 and was very impressed by the enthusiasm shown by participants.

He is a England Squash Level 3 (Advanced) Coach, holds a Certificate In Training and Education Level 4, Multi Skills Level 2, Archery GB Instructors Award, ILM Management & Leadership Cert Level 3 and BTEC Sport Cert Level 3. He is currently working towards his Diploma in Training and Education Level 5. Also attended specific Disability workshops that include Coaching Deaf People in Sport, Active Kids 4 All Inclusive Training, Coaching Disabled People in Sport. He is currently Warwickshire Racketball Captain.

Since moving into Disability and Community Sports environments, Andy now teaches a wide variety of sports to a range of participating audiences. He is keen to engage, develop and inspire people of all age and abilities into a healthy lifelong participation in physical activity.

Luke Grosvenor

Luke started playing squash aged 14 through the North Solihull Squash programme where he was introduced to the game through a ‘late night squash scheme’ in partnership with his school. Luke has been playing squash ever since, competing in the internal leagues at his local club and playing socially with peers. Luke is a qualified England Squash Level 1 Coach and regularly assists with sessions in the area.

Mo Sarwar

Mo Sarwar

Mo Sarwar is an experienced coach and trainer with over 30 years’ experience of providing services to individuals and organisations across the United Kingdom. As a Level IV (Elite) Squash Coach, Mo has played squash at club, county, national and international level representing England. 

Working closely with a number of organisations including charities, schools, colleges, the armed forces and private sector organisations Mo has developed and delivered a number of accredited training programme’s. As an experienced sportsman, Mo has developed teams from various levels into regional and nationally recognised performers. Over the years Mo has worked with organisations to build cohesive and high performing teams using key skills and activities developed throughout his sports career.

Mo has extensive experience of providing consultancy services to sports organisations across the country. He has helped to develop and implement local and regional sports programmes and organisational development strategies.  He has helped organisations develop the policies and procedures required to create a strong infrastructure leading to sustainability and a continuous improvement culture.

Mo is a national trainer and assessor and is an internal verifier for England Squash & Racketball and Coachwise. He is qualified to deliver, assess and quality assure accredited courses and programmes. Mo is currently the Director of Coaching and Development for Warwickshire Squash & Racketball and the former Midlands Regional Performance Coach coaching national squads. He is a T – Grade Referee and Referee Instructor and holds a BSc Hons in Applied Biology, Level Three Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector, Certificate to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector and a BTEC Diploma in Sports/Remedial Massage Therapy. He is also a life coach and personal trainer and is currently working towards his Diploma to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector.

Paige Key

Paige has enjoyed playing sport her whole life. A keen tennis player, Paige has decided to turn her passion into a career by recently qualifying as a Level 2 Tennis Coach as well as a Multi Skills coach. .

Paige leads on the delivery of the Disability Sports Programme bringing her enthusiasm and energy to our sessions.
