Delivering Inclusive Volunteering across the West Midlands

We have an accredited pathway programme which allows our participants to slowly move up specific stages to eventually become a full-time member of our team in a supported capacity. This allows those with SEN or a physical disability to gain skills and opportunities that they may struggle to access in exterior environments.  

We have already made a start on this and hired Ci, our junior content producer who started off as a participant and is now employed by us full time in an apprenticeship role.

We also offer placements to individuals on our Holiday Camps and sessions if they are looking for work experience in the social care, youth, or educational sectors. If you would like to gain some work experience please just message andy@inclusivesportsacademy.org.
