What Inclusive Sports Stands for

Here at Inclusive Sports we stand for many things. But we thought we would take the time out today to talk about some of them, and the impact we have on the world around us.

I - Inclusion 

Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do here at Inclusive Sports Academy. We want to ensure that there is a place for everyone that comes along to our services, and no one is ever left behind. 

N - Nurture 

We nurture every relationship between partners, funders, staff, parents/carers and of course.. Service users.

C - Care 

Everything we do is done with care. Whether it's planning out our sessions all the way through to delivery, you are in great hands.

L - Learn

We understand that not one size fits all. We want to learn about you and your loved ones to ensure that we are delivering the best possible service we can in order for you to get the most out of our programmes. 

U - Unique

We intend to be unique in every single approach, we want to stand out from the crowd and create incredible experiences and memories for every person that comes along. 

S  - Soul 

We differ from the crowd because there is soul in everything we deliver. 

I - Important 

We want to be an important asset to you and your life, something that you rely on for respite and support.

V - Value

E - Exciting 

We ensure that every single one of our services and sessions are as exciting as possible. We want everyone to be excited to come along to Inclusive Sports, and look forward to everything we host. 

S - Skills 

Our staff are all extensively skilled and trained in SEND delivery. But that isn’t where the skills end- we want to provide skills to our participants in the sense of teamwork, social skills, communication and more. 

P - Partnership 

We value every single one of our many partnerships across the region, and every single individual who funds our projects and services.

O - Open-minded 

We pride ourselves on being open-minded in every aspect of our approach. We love hearing your ideas, and are open to adapting our services to deliver all aspects to the best of our ability. 

R - Respite 

We wish to act as a form of respite to parents and carers, as well as a form of affordable child-care during the cost of living crisis. 

T - Targeted 

Everything we do is targeted, as we said- we know that not one size fits all and each service user will require a different kind of approach. 

S - Steadfast 

We wish to be a steadfast figure in our participants’ lives, no matter what is going on or what the current social climate is.
