For times, bookings and further info, please jump on over to Class for Kids.

We have also had some questions in regards to our bookings recently, so we thought that we would just clear some things up:

I am not eligible for free school meals, can I come along?

-We can confirm that do have a limited number of spaces available for non-fsm individuals, however please note that these spaces are on a first come first served basis.

Do you have any control over our eligibility?

-Unfortunately, Inclusive Sports has no control over whether you are eligible for free school meals or not, and have no say in this decision. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Why do we prioritise spaces for children who are eligible for free school meals?

-The funding criteria from the council is specifically for children who are eligible, and we must adhere to the council’s criteria in order for us to run the projects.

What is Inclusive Essentials?

-It is our higher needs programme for summer camp.

I am not sure which camp is most suitable for my child, what should I do?

-If your child requires 1:1 care, or has higher needs we would suggest the Inclusive Essentials programme. However if you aren’t sure, please do not hesitate to contact the team and we will be happy to help you out.

Class for Kids has told me I’m on a waiting list, what does this mean?

-We add everyone to a waiting list to ensure that we have the correct staffing and facilities to cater to every child attending. Once we have confirmed your place, you will receive notification. Please remember that we are only a small team, so this may take a little longer. We thank you kindly for your patience and understanding with this. Being added to the waiting list does not confirm your place on the camps.

How do I know if there are any spaces left?

-We will notify everyone via email and social media when all spaces are filled up. You may be added to a cancellation list, whereby you will be put on a standby in case other children drop out or cancel- we will also make you aware of this.

What is the cancellation policy?

-Whilst we completely understand that sometimes illness and unforeseen circumstances can arise, we ask kindly if we can be informed of any cancellations as far in advance as possible. If repeated cancellations occur, we have the right to no longer allow you to book on for future camps.

I am struggling with understanding the booking process.

-We are sorry to hear this, please get in touch with us and we will do what we can to help you out.

Who do I contact with my questions and queries?

-Please email kat@inclusivesportsacademy.org for main camp enquiries and damian@inclusivesportsacademy.org for higher needs.

Here is a message from our founder in regards to eligibility for our HAF guidelines:

"Every Summer holidays we receive a high volume of interest for children and young people with SEND to attend our Holiday Activities (HAF). To provide clarity surrounding the criteria for HAF, it is a government programme whereby 85% of children attending each day need to be in receipt of "free school meals". We are able to accept 15% of "None free school meal" children and young people, however this is an extremely small proportion of children we are allowed. We will do our best to accommodate children who do not qualify for free school meals, however please appreciate that we only have a small amount of spaces despite the demand."

We thank everyone for their interest in our camps this year, it is our absolute pleasure to deliver to you all and we look forward to it every summer.

Bookings are still open: Just click here.

We can’t wait to see you there!
